Bee bread

Bee bread is a flower powder. Unlike the pollen collected from the honeycombs themselves, as opposed to the pollen collected at the entrance to the hive. Bee bread contains a higher concentration of honey in it, a little propolis and sometimes even royal jelly.
 Recommendation for use:  Between a teaspoon and 2 teaspoons a day. One in the morning and one in the evening. 
 * Information for allergens:  If sensitivity to flowers is known, bee bread should be avoided.
